Those are pretty much the two main questions.
And yes you can make custom ground and sky textures and that stuff.

If you're gonna think about running the new Blockland with shaders on a huge monitor (say, anything greater than 1280x720) using something like an Intel Graphics Media Accelerator, think again.

Some of you people running something really really old will be forced to spend some money if you wanna keep playing Blockland maxed out.

You can't run it at apex quality unless you upgrade your stuff chip. If you don't have a stuff chip you're fine
