I don't recall seeing a sign that says "HOTEL" on the side though.

Going by that logic nobody would have a good idea first. It would be an endless loop of people coming up with good ideas before someone else.

I'm saying that someone already had that idea, and only now does this logic apply. Many people have thought of the same good ideas, and now, 90+ pages in, you can safely assume somebody has thought of your idea before you did

I've looked around the entire city _{more or less} and havn't found anything that looks like it. :s
