Kongregate - flash games - 'earn to die 2'
I had a fully upgraded final vehicle and though I technically didn't die, I tried doing a forward 360, accidentally mashed the thruster button when my nose as straight down, landed upside-down and I lost the race by like 10 feet from the finish.
