Either that, or it's glitched.

it's common for 512mb of actual RAM to show up as 448mb in windows as it dedicates 64mb towards the motherboards graphics chipset.

The thing is, it's almost as if I just started a dedicated server / non-dedicated server for myself on my internet connection. No harm, really. I could have 8 computers running 2 non dedicated servers each.

It makes no difference if it is on a tower server or a desktop PC.

It's the same exact thing almost as if I just ran my own non-dedicated. It's hosting a server. But there is no problem with it.
