um i hate kompressors update and i think he is going mad with power
kompressor is probibly a nice guy but i like terrain better
Build your terrain. This is a game about building.

This doesn't work on macs. There are no shadows nor shaders. The rest is fine though.

He and Badspot (and probably the other developers) worked together to make this. Nobody is going mad with power. It's Badspot's game, he can do whatever he wants with it.

Why does rain still go through the bricks?

What do particles going through bricks have anything to do with shaders? That was never confirmed to be fixed prior to the update. Though, I think kompressor said it may be possible - so we might get a future revision on it.

I'm pretty sure that's something that'll come a lot faster now that terrains and interiors are gone.

hopefully, since they won't have to account for the collision on both those updates. i honestly hope we get nice new support updates like some new events, decals, avatar options, bricks, and stuff like that once and a while. maybe some new scripting functions that might be useful.

sort of related: would radius searches for a new object class Point actually work if implemented by badspot? basically marks points but they are actually objects that can be searched for in a radius?

Would be neat. Especially when you're digging for treasure.

lol

I mean, there are numerous ways to do that yourself

Yeah. Except the one and only way to do it at the moment would lag with a large amount of 'points'.

Just like to say that this update is fantastic and I don't think Blockland has ever looked better! Good job everyone who has worked on this update. Once those kinks are worked out I think everyone will be extremely satisfied with this version.

Aw, you can't use a bunch of differently colored baseplates with a bunch of clear 1x1 plates on top to make an awesome multicolored circle illusion anymore, though it did make this static effect happen (static as in not moving, by the way)

Shaders are off by default
The Shaders don't work with Intel graphics cards, I think you should add support in V22(if you plan on doing that anyways)
