Author Topic: V21 - Crash on startup  (Read 25642 times)

Joining club...

God, whenever I post there's always another comment- anyway, I can't get to the GL part, because as soon as blockland crashes it locks down anything further up, and I can only see a fraction of it.

more information:
i managed to host for a few minutes before i crashed out the first time, and now i can't start up blockland again.

At this point we can safely assume you have intel and that's whats ruining our night

Also, I think we should make this club a legitimate clan once we can all play again.

Vendor:Intel
Pentium 4  ~3.05 Ghz

Hmm My Dxdiag appears to be coming up as N/A

Intel graphics cards simply can't display shaders. This, again, is a problem with Blockland suddenly crashing on start.

Also, I knew this was going to happen. I just knew it was going to be unfinished.
Well that is just super.

OpenGL driver information:
  Vendor: Intel
Renderer: Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family
  Version: 2.1.0 - Build 8.15.10.2086

loving chipset family...

I'm joining this club too, I can't start Blockland also.

press the windows key, type consle.
Now look for consle.log

Hn...?
Checked out the launcher.log and found several errors. No add-ons, config file removed, -trace mode.

Launcher.log errors:
Activating the OpenGL display device...
Activating the OpenGL display device... (NEW)

Voodoo 2 display device not detected.

<input> (0): Unable to find function resetCanvas

Failed to load profile bitmap ()

Console.log errors:

What's strange is that I am crashing regardless of the fact that I am not running Intel.

Quick, someone report the thread so Badspot will look at it ;-;
