Too much force would be needed to use or even theoretically use them. Also, the slightest adjustments to the force needed to allow that, along with even sticking the landing would be near to impossible.
In any case, it can be assumed that a huge amount of machinery would be needed to make those adjustments, and when put together, would be too heavy for the intended use.
Invisible jets are far more feasible than parkour mechs. They are independent of electromagnetic technology and the flow of reasoning for it.
