I don't have a literal map of Telar, the only map I have an actual map of is Iceloch right now.  What I do know is that we have satellites that monitor countries and persons of interest, they take snapshots and live video feeds every time they orbit over their target, and we spent years doing this to trace data that was either real or fake to their facilities.

A bit late to start pointing that out. If you didn't make a stink about it when it happened, you didn't care enough to take measures to void or counteract the action, and thus it happened regardless of what I did at that point.
