valve updated the mann co store earlier this week iirc (TWO WEEKS AGO) to make all items bought craftable
that makes uncraftables worth just a tad bit more
as for instant tradeability, that may be due to the holidays and valve wanting people to buy as many keys as possible

no, there isn't any way to directly convert steam money into bitcoins sadly. pretty sure Valve would've stopped it
