It's a custom config so that he runs smoother frames for competitive play. Almost everyone who comps has a cfg like this

Res is 1024 x 768 i believe.

As for the text, when I packed my custom hud into a VPK for a bit better load time, the custom font broke and I have default font. I kind of like it actually.
