Right clicking while the right click menu is open does nothing other than moving the menu if I move my mouse off it beforehand.

say you get credited in part for some Steam Workshop item for TF2, and then it gets in game

if you don't have the billing info set up, what happens? Where does your percentage of the revenue go?
