I didn't think random hat drops were even a thing anymore

they actually weren't for awhile, it was only earlier this year that they came back

- Fixed an exploit related to not respawning in the spawn room at the beginning of Casual and Competitive matches
- Fixed Pyros griefing teammates by attacking them with the flamethrower
- Fixed Medics getting a permanent speed boost after healing a charging Demoman
- Fixed Medics getting the Demoman's charging speed when using Mediguns other than The Quick-Fix
- Fixed the Strange Razorback double-counting the number Spies shocked
- Fixed a bug related to the Sniper's zoom and taunting
- Fixed players being able to pick-up the PASS Time jack while they are stunned
- Increased the matchmaking system's preference for matching large pre-made parties against each other in Casual Mode. This should result in more balanced matches, but may cause a slight increase in queue times for larger parties.

looks like that crouch bug for sniper is finally gone

Quantum Crouching allowed players to crouch again while they were auto-uncrouching (crawling out of a small space) that allowed players to build objects outside of the level.

basically your model was crouched but your viewmodel made it look like you were standing
so if you were behind cover nobody could see you but you could see over the top
it let you place teleporter exits out of bound which ended up being insane

one time i was a enginner and i had a good defence that the enemy team could get past, one of them joins my team to votekick me for hacking

the other day I got votekicked twice immediately after joining a server and another attempt was made mid-game a little later in the day which honestly made me think someone was following me and having a laugh, but I was using matchmaking so that wasn't possible

they were all listed as "no reason" as well, and nobody even attempted to ask what was happening over voice/text, they just thoughtlessly hit F1, which never seems to happen when someone tries to kick an actual hacker

Edit: I should add that I spoke up in text chat every time but that didn't seem to matter
