Easy fix. Make a single purchase from the mann co. store. The cheapest you can usually manage is a 1$ purchase for a weapon. It's one-time and you get premium benefits permanently.

Also they don't allow escrow accounts because it would be severely inefficient for them to have to have items on hold for over 2 weeks because someone doesn't have steam guard. Why cater to those people when there are plenty of traders who actually have steam guard enabled, making it where its fast trading.
