otherwise thats a pretty hard to answer question
just.. do aim training on tr_walkway and you'll eventually get good?
keep sniping and eventually you aim gooder

1) make sure mouse acceleration is completely off
2) when in a sniper duel keep your cursor as close to their head as possible and don't zoom until after they do
3) look for people either standing still, rocket/sticky jumping, or running in a straight line
4) keep your volume up so you can hear a spy decloak
5) you're a pick class so focus on the most crucial class at that moment in time (usually the medic)
6) keep your laser dot hidden

why not just use the highest sensitivity? you barely have to move your mouse to turn all the way around twice.
