I don't really like milk by itself, I occasionally have it with cereal but I hardly buy cereal.

THIS IS WHY I HAVE A CALCIUM DEFICIENCY.

Milk is high in calcium, which promotes strengthening of the bones and helps prevent osteoporosis.
Milk also contains protein, which promotes muscle growth, among other benefits.
There's also a variety of other vitamins in milk with health benefits.

The only real downside is the lactose, and that's usually only a downside for lactose-intolerant people. Any "hormones" found inside milk are only given to cows to promote growth, and only a very minimal amount actually ends up in the milk these cows produce. You'll get more of said hormones from things like beef burgers and steaks.

Okay, good. I was actually afraid I was being given a lot of hormones from having a cup of milk before bed every night.

They're not even a particularly bad type of hormones for your body, most likely. You'd have to be drinking gallons upon gallons of milk every day to get a significant amount of these hormones.

Anything you eat or drink that comes from nature is the healthiest thing. Milk has calcium and protein......so its not bad for you.

Why don't you go on and say that water is bad for you too.
I'll go eat a dead carcass or some toadstools an die, that isnt healthy and they're both completely natural.

Snake venom comes from nature.

You don't drink snake venom.

For women, using Estrogen in cows is beneficial. And therefore not bad for them.

Men, however, should avoid milk treated with estrogen (Deans milk is not). It induces homoloveuality. However, has no other impact on testosterone development.
