Mabinogi and Fallout: New Vegas tie for first.  Though Mabinogi is up for debate, being an MMO that is prone to change, and New Vegas has plenty of random bugs, they're the only games that I've never once grown tired of in my time playing them.

Enjoyable gameplay, stuff to collect, new weapons throughout the game, upgrades, unique enemies, multiple endings, fitting characters, engrossing storyline, challenging levels, great boss battles, and interesting easter eggs.
