went back and reread inquisitors quest after reading heretical love, which basically introduced me to real 40k culture (as interpreted by a /tg/ writer)
ok now things make more sense now. and less, somehow. tau seemed incredibly weak in that adventure, though HL may have been exaggerating crCIA suits strength.
