I like the game - just saying you can easily be K-O'd in a single battle if the right systems are hit. This doesn't always happen, but it can, and when it does you raaage. But it's all part of the mechanic of the game, so it can't be avoided. ;~;

Today my brother logged onto his steam account on my computer. We both own FTL:Faster Than Light. his Steam login is "eninroth" and during the time he played FTL:Faster Than Light. He has unlocked the Engi and Stealth ships.After I'd logged out and logged into my account again and tried to play FTL, when previously I'd unlocked the Engi and Zoltan ships, it'd now synced with his cloud save and given me the Engi and Stealth ship. I have yet to be able to figure out how to re-sync it with my cloud save to unlock my ships again.

been playing this trying to unlock the crystal cruiser, I keep getting the crystal crew member but not the quest for the whole cruiser

The game broke my interest, since not only must you do certain things to even get the crew member, the world can generate in a way making that almost impossible, if not impossible. So you waste time trying just to discover that, then start over again and only get part way. It's disheartening.

So much this. You can and will ruin your experience every single time if you play it specifically to unlock stuff. Just play to have a good time, and if an opportunity comes, take it.
