Make sure you're always trying for it, because trust me, they won't just come to you haha. :D

Also, I've found that using laser sight, aiming up close to the head and hip-firing get's you some headshots really easily. Try that.

i found it pretty hard to get the FAL to 100 headshots, even with hitfiring with lasersight and aiming close to the head. And because it kills in 2 or 3 shots makes it even harder to get headshots.

Yeah, the semi-auto guns are hard for me to get gold so I give up on them haha, I've tried with the FAL a few times and just get irritated

No, not really. They aren't too difficult, but some are tedious (like the bloodthirsty medals)
