This isn't quite about being mean, this is about his severe abuse of power. It's nothing new, people are getting loving tired of it, people want him gone.

Take Ephialtes away, add one, two, three, four moderators. Best thing to do.

Ephialtes can be quite annoying at times indeed, but he isn't stupid.
Badspot could care less if he is insulting others because Badspot himself has blatantly insulted others before or called them stupid for simple mistakes.

From what I see:
Lub (rub or whatever) - Is working on a dedicated hosting service and has shown no proof but says it is better just because and posts on Kalphiter's topic which causes stuff.
Ephialtes - Moderator of the forum, deletes posts or threads as he pleases (Yes I have seen posts deleted by him because they randomly disappear on threads he has been on), and stands by Lub's side often arguing about his hosting service.

Ephialtes isn't going to get his administration taken away but his reputation sure is going down the drain from what I can tell by the poll.

Ephialtes can ban whoever he wants from RTB because he created it. Just like Badspot has banned several alts accounts of people who come back and act stupid.

It may be unjust but this isn't a Democracy.
At the end of the day it comes down to what Badspot wants, if he wants to revoke Ephialtes' powers he can.
