I've had this game for 9 hours - and so far, I love it.

So first off, everything has been running great. No crashes, no errors, nothing. Game has been running smoothly.
Second, I logged in earlier, it was night time. I was near a few buildings. Eventually, somebody says "Do you need help?" in the local-chat thing. One thing led to another, and I found him. A friendly survivor, with a shotgun. All good. Eventually, after looting, we decide to head off. As we're moving, we attract some zombies. He stopped to say something on text and-

he died.

Lucky me got a shotgun, binoculars, food, some pills and a baseball bat.

So now I've got a sniper rifle, shotgun, binoculars, and a bat. Happy days.
I was sad he died though :c

first friendly encounter (first ever survivor encounter ever really) in warz was nice, but it only lasted about 10 minutes.

Nice joke. I can buy a couple hundred spiked bats from the store if I want to. I can also buy a suppressor and a kobra red dot. I believe I can buy a couple types of ammo, SVD or something similar.

That's probably for testing purposes. They'll most likely remove that in Beta or the full release.

When they gave alpha testers in game currency for buying it? I think not. I would screencap the marketplace but that would violate the ToS and possibly get me reported.

lol no one actually cares about the nda to be honest, just the fact that we're talking about features (like what's in the cash shop) is breaching the nda.

But regardless, I'd say it's not pay2win but pay2get a slight starting advantage/some help later on. I'd say the most useful thing on there is the suppressor. Food/drinks are super easy to come by, I have like 20 granola bars, sodas, oatmeals, and crap in my GI. Melee weapons are fairly common to find, too. I have to admit, I liked being able to spawn with a bat when it came to defending myself from others.

Lol the 'pay-to-win' seems more like a 'rage-extra-in-case-you-die' to me.
