OP is an idiot and he should feel bad for even proposing such an idea. I do agree that the human population is growing too fast, but that is to be expected. But saying that people should die at random is not an effective solution.

The only way to regulate population growth without massive amounts of people being killed is to make families with more than two children pay higher taxes, meaning less people will have forgetloads of kids, meaning less kids to grow up and have kids. population still grows at a level that will negate the death rate and we won't become like india, where there are 5 men for every woman and they all try dating via omegle.

The issue in India is caused by a massive population and massive imbalance in the ratio of males to females as you said. I don't believe that the amount/gender of children could be effectively regulated, though.

maybe if the women stopped leaving and the men stopped being indian it would sort it self out?
