No, my uncle reeks of cigarettes, and I am starting to get breathing problems.

you just find it unpleasant. it's all in your head.

Obviously if more people start using it the number of people smoking it (illegally) in public zones would increase as well (not by a huge amount).
Seeing as I don't want any of those drugs for using myself it's just a nuisance for me (by that small group of people) and therefor a no.
I have asthma and this is definately not the case.
Tobacco smoke would be worse for you than marijuana smoke. (cigarettes have tar, marijuana does not)
And even if everyone in the entire loving world decided they liked marijuana smoking is not the only way to ingest it. (eating or bongs)
Furthermore, if somebody is smoking in a public zone, get away and report them. If everyone followed this course of action people would be hesitant to smoke everywhere they please.

i am now concluding that bengs is literally handicapped

"asthma is just in your head"

errr.. what?

i said second hand smoking is crap, and he claimed that due to the smell and stinkyness of his uncle he gets breathing problems.

if he's got asthma it's the asthma. if he doesn't he just doesnt like the smell.

It is indeed more dangerous to be near a tobacco-smoker than a marijuana-smoker, but I see no need to add marijuana smoke ontop of the already annoying tobacco-smokers.

i can agree with that. unless he lives with his uncle it's not going to affect his breathing at all, noticably

Well I can't argue with you there. There will be more people smoking something in public. It shouldn't affect you very much, though. Unless you live in a place where there are smokers around every corner.

even if he lived with his uncle it won't affect him one bit unless he has asthma or something similar.

Isn't legalizing drugs more global than America?

I have never smoked anything in my life. There are 5 people in my house. My sister and I do not smoke are included in the previous statement. I was born with no breathing problems, but now when I cough wheeze and hack up phlegm. Explain that.

It's a psychoactive drug, even if it's legal to own and use it probably wouldn't be legal to just smoke it in the street. Much like how it isn't legal (at least here) to drink alcohol in any old public place - only in licensed establishments.

This topic is about America. :I

Yeah probably not. I think it'd be better that way anyway. :)
