Author Topic: States are petitioning to leave the union. About 4 already met their goal.  (Read 11290 times)

4 states met their goal...? As in they have succeeded or they are waiting for Obama to sign off with a "forget that stuff" in big red pen?

what was incorrect..?
Your "interpretation" of the Constitution and the given unalienable right to secede and reform.
It is perfectly legal for the people to do this. They believe their government has failed and damaged their rights to liberty, life, and the pursuit of happiness. Therefore, they wish to secede.

Saying no is asking for a revolution.

that isn't incorrect, that's just a matter of interpretation
nonetheless, i'm just going by what lincoln said way back when

Their waiting for Obama to say "forget that stuff"

Their waiting for Obama to say "forget that stuff"
Which will then give them the right provoke them to revolt.

we have the right to revolt anyway
Yes, but Obama saying no will only provoke unnecessary war.
Let me re-word that post, lol.

The fact that they look baffled by the mistake makes it even more entertaining.

"WHAT DID WE DO WRONG?"
