Your server your choice, but it seems like a more responsible place to log this would be a file. It's your call, but I personally prefer to not have all the other important stuff drowned out by every single kill in a DM server.
This isn't for a DM. It's for a server based around single stealthy kills and stuff.

Still probably more appropriate to put it elsewhere. Maybe print it in the server chat.

It's his server log let him do what he wants. lol

The system also relies on one life, so if someone claims they were "free killed" we can see exactly who really damaged them. It just helps to know the full story before we ban someone for free killing or "Flash Mob".The stream can ensure we can easily get this data without having to open the FTP then read the combat logs.

Awesome, glad to see it's so useful for you!

I accidentally deleted the add- that provides the feature for the hosting panel. Anyone have it? I put in a support ticket but dont know how long that'll take.

Before I did that, the panel was also acting weird as I hit update server (while the server was off of course) but it didnt do anything?

Shouldn't this add-on automatically be placed in the server?

It is? That doesn't mean you can't delete the file.

For future reference for anyone else who does this, you can just shut down your server and hit the Update Server button and it'll restore the file for you.

As for the second thing you mentioned if you could provide a bit more detail that'd be great.

I thought as much, must not have updated the FTP when I looked at it after I clicked it.
The server seems to be working fine.

What was happening though was the server said it was out of date, I clicked the update server button and it still said it was out of date. It's not doing it anymore so it seems to have resolved itself.

But if it is deleted it gets replaced?

Doesn't seem to be the case.

Lag spikes on ny01, this is really annoying.

I agree. Quite the annoyance.
