How would I add 3 months to my server? I can click ADD SERVER but I'm not sure if this makes a second server or adds time to my current one.
When your contract is 7 days from the end, you will be able to renew and purchase an additional 3 months.

With regards to the lag issue, we've just put in a new order for an additional server in New York (NY04), using an IP from our /29 block in the 209.159.159.0/24 range. We'll then migrate all servers on NY02 onto this new server and take NY02 offline. This seems to be the best way to fix this issue as we're having problems with our provider moving NY02 into our (lagless) IP block.

Again, sorry about the issues, we're trying our best to resolve them.

When exactly will the move take place?

Hopefully over the next few days. As a trial, we've purchased a server with a different provider at InterNAP in Manhattan, NYC which should be superior in terms of connection quality. Depending on how I like the server when it gets provisioned, we might try putting some servers on there too. The NY02 -> NY04 plan using the existing provider is preferential though.

Scrap this.

As part of our commitment to always improve our service, we're testing out a different server from a new provider. One concern with our current provider is that the servers are made up of desktop parts (i5-2500, non-ECC RAM), so we thought we'd step up our game yet again and get more serious with hardware. Over the next month we'll be testing out a server in Buffalo, New York (similar East Coast area for best service to USA + Europe) with the following specs:

Intel Xeon E3-1240v3 (Haswell)
32GB DDR3 ECC RAM
1TB enterprise HDD
1 Gbps network link connected to a redundant blend of tier 1 providers

If our tests go well, we'll replace our current fleet of servers with a few of these, all at no further expense to you! This combined with our amazing management features and the updates we have coming soon really does make RTB unbeatable!

Started using your service today. It's abso-loving-lutely amazing. Keep up the good work!
Will there eventually be a mobile dashboard? Doing things on my phone can be done but there should be an easier way.

Just now we're getting consistent network drops at my server (On NY02). They don't always seem to effect everyone in the server.

Same thing happening here. People just lag out and random time. They can see the chat but cannot move, everything's frozen, and they can't send messages. Happened to me twice. It seems to be happening constantly to one blockhead in particular.

I've never seen lag like this on any other server. What exactly is the issue?

People getting completely frozen with lag. The only thing that isn't frozen with lag is incoming chat messages. They need to reconnect to fix it.
Pretty sure it's stopped now.

Thanks! The mobile management panel is in progress but has been delayed for numerous reasons as Ephi and I have busy lives. There's a preview of it here though, check it out - http://forum.blockland.us/index.php?topic=215339.msg6590008#msg6590008

Could you submit a ticket please, have a few questions and a few possible routes to explore, easier to discuss it with you there.

Monitoring on NY02 has picked up a lot of hammering to the disk recently, could be the cause of some issues. We're continuing to monitor this to avoid any possible issues and are looking at the possibility of deploying Intel SSDs into our next set of servers to further aid disk I/O.

Oh my god, amazing. Whoever designs the UI is a genius.

That's been happening to me since v9. Just reconnect to fix it.

There's this weird issue on RTB servers where the download just stops until you reconnect. It's been happening to many people on TheBlackParrot's, Chrisbot6's, and my own servers.

I'm pretty sure this can happen on any server.

I have the exact same add-ons, it started happening when I switched to RTB.
