I had that issue a week ago.
but then rub said something few pages back about having to restart a few nodes that some servers were on.
and it worked from then on.

I know you've changed my name plenty, but can you change it back to Wound.

Apologies for the issues, I'm investigating now. Both Ephi and I are away for Christmas so it's difficult to find time but additional compensation (on top of the 7 days given on Sunday) will be forthcoming for those with issues.

Lub, im near positive that the issue is caused because of the recent blockland update. administer the servers to be able to be updated and it should be working properly.

I'm near positive that the issue is a lot more complicated than that, I'm continuing to investigate now.

I've restarted NY04 again to fix a connection exhaustion problem and have increased the concurrent port limit to try and avoid this issue in the future. Priority number 1 after the Christmas period will be writing some additional checks to monitor port usage to avoid this issue.

All servers on NY04 will be compensated. Again, apologies for this issue and the time taken to resolve.

Why does my dashboard randomly say "Welcome to your new server." again?

It happens each time you renew your contract, just because of the way that all works at the moment. It'll go away after about 5 days.

Yeah, but I haven't renewed it since October. I'm assuming it's because of the extra courtesy week?

RTB is determined that my server is up right now, but it doesn't show it on the server list and it isn't appearing on Blockland.us.

My graphs have also cut off suddenly.

edit: fixed when I rebooted.

Is there absolutely any way to recover my password/account name?
I tried all possible combinations with two of my possible usernames, and none worked. Was my account deleted?
My email is still in use, though.
