I really want to model but I'm too lazy to learn the blender

nooooooo the knowledgeee

You should add another hand in some weapons.
Then your pack will be the best weapon pack. I really liked revolver anim on reload, will you add more reload anims?
Perhaps ammo clip bricks so you can spawn a kill brick from your hands when you reload?

Modeled hands are greatly disliked in the community.

Not really, if you can do them right. You can thank walter for hmn...say 55% of the hate?

(View models are a thing, you know)

Can we still vote for the ammo thingy?

I think I like the idea of a Magazine yoloswag360noscope system. If you are going to make a realistic ammo system, make it even more realistic that way. I mean, you wouldn't have clips magically refilling in real life, right?

And if you had 31 bullets plus 2 extra clips, that would encourage less spam firing and more precisely aimed firing, and (if not many ammo supplies are around), players may even be forced to drop their weapon and pick up a new one with some bullets left in it's active mag.

> suggests realism
> "clips"
lolol

in all seriousness though a reload system with seperate, individual magazines imo would be detrimental really
considering how bullet hosey jump crouchey blockland is you already use up a lot of ammo as is trying to kill people (also ammo wasted from messed up hitboxes) so individual magazines would really be detrimental especially when you need to reload in a rush and the magazine you reload ends up only having ten rounds left in it

yeah there should be a limit to the realism guns have in blockland

look at bkt and how it died pretty damn fast even though it was a good weaponset. look at TF2 weapons, and literally any other game's weapons. there's a certain point where more realism just gets cumbersome because we go to games not to emulate real life but to escape it.

and plus reloading a gun in real life is more challenging than just pressing "r" and putting that challenging aspect into a game will almost certainly make it unsuccessful since the motion of replacing a clip is not able to be emulated with a keyboard. look at QWOP lol

godammit CLIP

also reloading can be a challenge because i find myself having to press R multiple times to actually reload most of the time lol

If only weapon states were easier to manipulate, I would have implemented a speed reload similar to the kind found in Gears of War.
Tap R to start reloading, Tap R at right time to speed reload, Tap at wrong time to jam.

I even know how I'd go about doing this already, and even tried a bit, it would however require me to remove the dryfire system, which I find much more useful than speed reloading, however cool the concept.

when do we get 2 taste these fresh luscious models in game!?!?!
