this is what i don't understand.

i have full 4* gear and almost a 5* sword (Acheron) and i can't make it past whatever level is halfway to the T3 station (12? 14?). i'm thinking i just have a really bad combination of gear.

well since missions arrived you have to do all the tier 2 missions before you can go to tier 3

thank GOD i was tier 3 long before missions arrived

i was tier 3 when missions arrived
or at least i'm considered tier 3 at the moment, and i've only just gotten to missions 5-2.

you only need one weapon to be 4* in order to be considered tier 3
i was almost really confused

I need to look for a starting Flak Jacket to use as my costume slot because I don't care about tiers, it's probably the nicest looking item in the whole game and they're only available on start.
