They keep the same character and base story. You actually play the game, and they introduce interesting concepts throughout their games. What's not to love?

Seriously, you guys just loving believe Nintendo is the loving holy grail of video game companies. They keep pumping out stuffty consoles with terrible gimmicks that no self-respecting gamer would buy. After that's done, they make the same Zelda/Mario/Pokemon game over and over and you guys call them loving geniuses for stealing your money. They had some great ideas back in the day, but now they are milking the nostalgia dollar to stuff

I pretty much agree with this. They had a good idea with the wii and such, but the games utterly sucked. Maybe even worse than the psp. It also doesn't help that they don't share any of their games and sue anyone who uses the slightest reference to their company.

The thing about the story is that it's hard to follow at times and I find myself just playing the game just to play it.

Ok I'll admit I was wrong there but i feel bad for Nintendo then if they tried perfecting motion sensor entertainment since the 1980s only to have Microsoft "steal" their idea and create the Kinect and make so much more profit and a more innovative way to make the player the controller.

In honesty though, Sony needs to step up their game, and game quality. All the old good gaming companies like Naughty Dog and Insomniac that were absorbed completely by Sony are only trying to compete with Microsoft game series. Sony should make, something original in terms of games, since they've barely done it since the Ps3 came out. Sony was awesome back in Ps1 and Ps2 era though.

kevdude is the only sony fanboy in here. Being a pc nerd since age I had a soft spot for nintendo when I have soft spot for nintendo when I got a nintendo 64. They are good company that tries to be innovative and they don't throw stuffty games at you every year. Sure there are stuffty call of duty ports on the wii but nintendo didn't make them. I'm going to have to save that fanboys, hammer legions and their corporate investor are what hurt gaming communties. Sony and Microsoft listen to their investors and just steal and look for every opportunity to sue anything that says ripoff. You know that Kinect thing uses a camera,how about that eye toy that came out for playstation 2 in 2003! Seriously everyone has stolen from Nintendo and then their raging low iq fanboys accuse nintendo of stealing ideas.

Also forget the xbox community. Some console elitist told me pc gaming can go die, then I told him that all games are made on pcs. He just plugged his ears and spat out some bullstuff.

I liked Pikmin 1&2 new play control and wii sports. Basically if was a nintendo game it was good on the wii, if it was port it was stuff.
