Why would it matter if the magazine comes off, has a pistol grip, has a folding/telescoping stock, or has a certain weight? Like a heavier gun kills people better? Or not.

like wtf, i mean i get people shooting a cop (not saying its right, but like you get why they would) but i mean a firefighter? thats like shooting a paramedic, people are forgeted up.

A sheet of paper should classify as an assault weapon. I can think of more than one way to assault someone with a sheet of paper.
