no its not. roblox's allows for much more support and all types of bricks and evented functionality to go with moving vehicles. you can choose to have 2 wheels or 20 wheels, and load up all kinds of weapons and gadgets on them. you can place seats anywhere and support tons of players mounted to a vehicle. plus, parts blow up and fly off and sometimes it actually affects the vehicle (wheels fly off, vehicle doesnt move).

No, I took it up as a weekend project. I posted how not to make this mod in Brian's topic, and by doing so realised how to make it. So Saturday morning I figured out the model part and just went from there.
