Oh, we'll in that case, there's really no argument; once Drum & Bass became its own genre, it steered away from Jungle a bit at a time. So, yes, basically, I agree with you, except for the dubstep part. DnB and dubstep often share similar sounding bass synths, but the synth doesn't make the dubstep; it's how it's played. Also, whenever you hear dubstep, or the subject of dubstep is brought up, what do people talk about? That's right; the wobbles. That's all it is to some people, when, in truth, a lot of the soul of EDM lies in the percussion. This is why I see DnB and dubstep as two completely separate genres; their beat styles sound nothing alike.
