Posting from the PC I just built out of old parts. Running Linux.
Specs still suck though :c
60gb HDD
512mb ram (making it 1gb  tomorrow)
2.40ghz intel pentium CPU
Integrated everything else. (dell optiplex gx260)

I'm a little late, but if you're only going to get a 4-core AMD APU you'd be much better off getting a similarly priced core intel because its IPC is so much higher
The 6350 is a very solid choice if you're going to utilize those cores though, so is a 6300 if you're trying to cut costs

sorry i misunderstood what you said, damn you call people idiots at the easiest times.

ill be sure to call you a "loving idiot" next time you make a mistake reading a post.
Your one to talk after what you just said. And I can call you a "loving idiot" because you are a loving idiot.

We know muslim is an idiot it's not worth derailing the topic

after all, we must respect the sanctity of mother PC

There's an entire build for under $800
Brand new parts, excluding the GPU, and plenty of room for upgrading in the future
Awesome, I cut down the costs quite a bit tho, considering he needs it to be as cheap as possible. He said he can upgrade in the future so I removed some stuff and came out with this.

If you're wondering why I didn't include a Keyboard/Mouse/Monitor,I told him to just go to WalMart or something to get things like a Keyboard/Mouse kit along with a monitor, as much as I hate Walmart his mom is really cheaping out on him here and Walmart has the best prices for that type of thing.

so i have ~550 dollars
i need a good cpu + motherboard combo
cpu has to be overclockable
motherboard has to be good, up to 32gb of ram, overclock support
if you can fit in a good cooler into that amount, that'd be great
i wanted a i7-4770k but idk

Are we able to talk about PC Gaming Servers here as well?

What's better, an Intel HD graphics 4000 or an AMD Radeon HD 7500G (discrete class)

Does the GPU matter a lot to you?

Intel. Also it doesn't take up any pcie slots so you can upgrade easily with a real discrete card in the future

Does nobody know what a laptop is or something?
Any modern discrete card is going to beat intel every time.
Edit: But, it seems like no 7500g exists as a dedicated card so get the intel instead.

Alright, I'm not sure if I understood fully what you wanted, but I assume you want to upgrade your processor and motherboard, so I picked the best pieces you could pick up for $550. If I misunderstood you and you wanted a full PC build for that price you would have to sacrifice almost everything else to get a 4770k because of their price. Here's what I picked: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1vnYf

Guys I need help now

My parts came in and I'm assembling the external build, I didn't realize my CPU power connector is a 4-pin (2x2) attached to the motherboard, none of the power supply plugs are 4-pin :(

What do I do? There are some 3-pin power plugs that plug into it but is that safe to use? What should I do??

Please respond quickly!

nevermind I didn't realize the 4x2 split into 2 2x2's lol.
