I think if you don't have the OEM version, you can. If you have the retail, version, you can change any part on your computer, so I would think you can move it to a new computer. I think.

As far as I know OEM copies can only be re-installed into a system with the exact same motherboard as the PC the license was first activated on, any other component can be different.

I got my wifi card today, installed it without needing to even install any drivers. O_o

Yah. My dad has used those, and they've been a pain according to him, so I decided to order a wifi card instead. Also, I don't have many open USB slots, and those that I do I'd like to keep open.

They really aren't a pain unless they are on the front of your computer where they are susceptible to being hit with stuff.  I don't get a much slower connection than I do with my wireless gaming adapter that we use for our Xbox 360. connection speed for the gaming adapter is about 100mpbs, with the USB adapter its about 80mbps.

Eh, kinda iffy on the cpu. says it has a 1.5 ghz AMD A4-5000.  I know AMD has already moved way past, now they have the A10.  Might be nice for general computing and stuff.  You certainly won't be gaming on it.


EDIT: Would this be a good build? Already have storage, peripherals and OS worked out.  Not really worried about getting a nice cpu cooler, not planning on OCing, hell I've heard the stock cpu coolers are ok for normal gaming with no overclocking.

You could get an AMD 6 core for just under half of that.

Also G. Skill has some cheap but good ram.  Check out the G. Skill ripjaws X 2133 2x4 (8gb).
