I like it, but I have two questions:

Can it run games on high?
Can it run games at higher than 60 fps?
probably not
for that you'd have to make some sacrifices regarding the processor and you'd end up building it yourself

i really need some stuff to upgrade, im planning on upgrading my case regardless so that doesn't matter

anything to reccomend on my motherboard?
motherboard is ok

if you're ok with a refurbished gpu you could probably get this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130987
or if you went amd http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150686 (comes with bf4 if you're in to that type of thing)

also make sure your psu is good enough for these

'Ey guys, me again, turns out the one computer I linked had it's price raised and now we have a budget of $800 or less, so I was wondering..

http://www.walmart.com/ip/CyberPowerPC-Gamer-Xtreme-GXi1000W-Desktop-PC-with-Intel-Core-i5-4670K-Quad-Core-Processor-8GB-Memory-1TB-Hard-Drive-and-Windows-8.1/31342476

Is this good for it's price? I understand that an i5 isn't as good as an i7 and also this one has an AMD Radeon HD 7750 Graphics with 2GB of dedicated graphics memory.

Does this seem good for it's price?

Also, I understand if you go "holy stuff that mouse looks uncomfortable", i'm planning on just using the same mouse i've been using for my laptop.

motherboard is ok

i also might suggest a better psu if needed for a beefier graphics card
i currently have a 700w psu
anything wrong with using a refurbished gpu?

700w would be plenty and there's nothing horribly wrong with a refurb. gpu
-snip-
this is ok

what would be the disadvantages

"Okay" works too.

It's just that I'd like it better if the computer arrives before Christmas
it's better to order it and have it come a bit after christmas then have something worse come earlier i guess

and it's not like walmart is going to ship any faster, you probably won't find it at a store either

How worse? Like a 30 FPS difference worse or more of a 10 FPS drop on most games?

30 fps worse, 7850 is much, much better than the 7750
