that is actually $1 off of the US price, with a box and cooler.

just look at the brit price and compare. a decent cooler will run you $30-40

edit: also, no box? will it even work? how has he stored it?
Think it's the OEM version. It's like £50~ off RRP here and £20 off the cheapest "discounted" I could find so I bought it.

I got a hyper 212 evo for about £22 a while back so I wasn't too worried about not having a stock cooler.

Will this gpu fit in this case on this mobo with this psu?
I'm looking at power/compatibility/size issues.

Guys
Will 600 watts be good or will I need to upgrade what I'm getting
My current build is this
AMD FX-4300 3.8GHz Quad-Core Processor
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
Corsair 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
CoolerMaster HAF 912
MSI 970A-G46 ATX AMD Motherboard with UEFI BIOS
Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
932GB Western Digital WDC WD10EADS-22M2B0 ATA Device 5200RPM
160gb WD Caviar Blue 5200RPM
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 560 1GB Video Card
Thermaltake TR2 600W ATX12V Power Supply
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit SP1
ATAPI DVD A DH16AASH ATA Device
Will I need to upgrade the PSU since I'm getting an fx 8350?

600 W is more than enough, so you're fine

I've heard a lot of good things about the 840 evo series. If you're looking for a high-end reliable SSD, this is probably the best one you'll find
There are cheaper options, but they aren't as reliable

if you want black and red, get the gigabye z87x-ud4h
Seems like an great board I'll take it! Only thing that disappoints me is that it doesn't look like its sli/crossfire ready since only one of the two pci express 3.0 slots are running at x16.

My current rig using one, it good. Shame my first one caught fire but that was a PSU fail.

pretty much all z87 boards will run sli/crossfire at x8 including this one and that sabertooth you wanted at first
but modern day graphics card are not bottlenecked by x8 so you shouldnt see any performance difference

Damnit, I wish I knew about this beauty.

And only $250....please tell me I'm missing something considering I just bought a 770 and this is cheaper than it and apparently better in every way.

No dummy. Its 2 760s and 1 760 is $250-$280. Its not even released yet. But estimated price is around a 780-Titan.
