Quick Question: So im testing my 3570k (OC 4.2ghz) in Prime 95 and my max voltage is 1.03V and my temperature after a few minutes is the mid-upper 60. Is the voltage safe for this stable overclock?
The last I heard, the sweet spot for 3570ks is 4.2 @ 1.1, with lower voltage being even better for ivy bridge. Upper 60's is well within the realm of a "safe" temperature, so as long as you ran the load testing for long enough (as koopa said), you should be golden

How would I do this?
If you have to ask this you've probably not done either of those. You might actually have a faulty processor. Look up how to investigate.

u should lock it.I'd run Prime95 for at least 10-15 minutes to verify it works, exactly how long did it run?
It ran for 30 minutes.

That's more than sufficient. Your OC seems to be stable.

Good to hear, thanks for the help.

could someone please find out how good a eyefinity radeon hd 7570 graphics card is?

I have a Radeon 7950 and my friend has a 660 ti and he is getting a better framerate then me in Saints Row The Third. Does anyone know possibly why?

Not very good compared to the other cards in the HD 7K series. If you need a card that can handle HD video decoding, that'd be one of them.
If you're looking for low/mid-end gaming, try a 7750.

The video card isn't the only thing that matters, your processor could possibly be bottlenecking you. Is the difference great or menial? A full spec list of both computers would be nice.

He's getting 100+ frames. I'm getting 60. I have an i5 3570K at 3.4 GHZ and he has the same thing at same clock.

I don't know, then. Are your drivers up-to-date? Are his video settings different?

His aspect ratio is 16x9. I changed mine to that to see if there is a difference but its exactly the same. And I also updated my drivers 2 months ago.

some games run better on nvidia and same goes for amd

But the game is amd optimized.

Is it a max of 60, if so you probably have V-Sync on. Also he could be at a lower resolution. But seriously, a constant 60 is fine. Actually starting at like a constant 40ish is just fine, atleast for me.

I turned Vsync off and it was the same. I was just wondering if maybe my GPU was performing poorly or if there is a defect.

Then again he might be BSing since he just got his new computer yesterday and might just want to brag about it.
