so what exactly differentiates 32-bit and 64-bit computers

if i install a 64-bit OS on my computer that im getting ( http://pcpartpicker.com/p/18T0F ) will it be able to utilize all 8 GBs of ram and be a 64-bit computer

i am soo clueless ugh

for some weird complex reason, 32 bit computers can't utilize more than 2gb of ram. but 64bit can. so i think you're good.
