Well In that case the GPU could go up to a gtx 760 which is a really good card for the price.

New Build for you: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1dqCp (Upgraded the HDD to the WD Caviar Black and the GPU to the gtx 760 w/ACX Cooling.)
Old Build: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1dpYI

The one I posted is 143 bucks over 600. The one before though was 23 bucks over 600.

isn't the power supply a bit of a low wattage or do i just have a bad memory with computers

The PSU is actally "too much (aka: no need for this much)" for the build. But I also get a tad extra in my build as a safe measure.

okay, i'm probably gonna go with your build, thanks

Also, if you wanted to, you could upgrade the cpu for about 20 bucks more and get the FX series (it's what I would do but I was trying to work with your budget)

Would this be a decent computer build?

Processor: Intel i5 3570K @ 3.5 ghz (LGA 1155)
RAM: 32 GB @ ~1066 mhz
PSU: ~1000 watts (Gold, Silver or Bronze?)
GPU: Geforce GTX 670
Motherboard: MSI Z77A-G45
Case: A MSI or a Antec case?
slow-ass ram, anything under 1333 or 1600 makes me feel weird
1000 watt psu wtf
are you gonna be running triple SLI titans or something?
if you aren't gonna be adding more cards in the future, something like 500w is more than enough
get the i5 4670k instead of the 3570k (you're gona need a new mobo)
get the 770 instead of the 670

Does anyone know a tool that can detect every spec about your computer?
Including for example like the power supply? I want to know incase i get some money to upgrade.

dxdiag for some stuff
but for like psu, only if you take apart your computer
i mean your psu only supplies power, doesn't send any info the computer about itself
