I don't know how to downclock my GPU, pretty new to NVIDIA Drivers.

It's like overclocking, but instead you downclock. There's guides online for your specific GPU.

Pretty sure it's not.
I wouldn't try it. I mean it's the whole laptop in there, not just the CPU, it can get damaged.
But what can cold actually damage?

I'm going to need some PC people to play wither after i jump boats from console :'c

Can anyone recommend me good headphones for Gaming/Music. Most gaming headphones I find lack good audio and I don't know what to get. Budget is $300.

I'm currently looking at these, they look pretty good. http://en-us.sennheiser.com/gaming-headset-xbox-ps3-pc-mac-stereo-u-320

Good choice. Sennheiser makes a ton of good stuff.

If some moisture expands or something, idk

I mean, if you're already going to put your laptop in the freezer, it's not that big of a leap to put it in your oven to evaporate any liquid

Two current issues I can't find a reasonable solution to:

1, I recently purchased a sapphire 7870 and after installation the card won't provide any sort of output if the DVI ports are being used, but with HDMI it runs fine.  If you use both DVI and HDMI at the same time neither receives output.  What the forget could be wrong?

2, threw together a spare tower out of a bunch of old parts, and it starts up fine but neither the integrated nor dedicated GPU provide output, and when the dedicated GPU is removed the integrated gpu doesn't output feed.  Aka the computer is running but I can't see stuff

I'll assume you've installed the drivers correctly?

the drivers on the first issue are installed to the best of my knowledge, AMD has been a pain in the ass since the release of Catalyst version something or other, but would that really keep the card from entirely booting up when a port is being used?

On the second issue, yes I know for a fact the drivers for the dedicated GPU are the correct drivers and they have worked before.

but would that really keep the card from entirely booting up when a port is being used?
In my experience, absolutely. It's happened serveral times to me

I've never had that issue, I've tried installing the correct drivers, I've tried about 5 different driversets, any info there?
