It's not loving rich person bias. And they are a stuff company. Just because they serve the lowest prices doesn't mean you should shop there. You should support  local businesses as much as possible to help them get by, not these giant superstores. And all Walmart's are the loving same, stop loving saying it's not. They come from the same loving distribution centers and warehouses.
They all aren't the same.
And yes, yes it is bias.
"I SHOP AT FANCY PLACES SO EVERYTHING BELOW SUCKS"

They all aren't the same.

supporting a local business = keeping the business alive = keeping more jobs alive = supporting the economy
get your head out of your ass

Walmart is an awful company, however they also do have the lowest prices. You have to understand that most people that go to Walmart aren't going there to buy electronics, nor is the electronic section the reason it thrives.

There's a reason people buy from Walmart. For example people would rather be able to afford clothes for all of their children, than one with the oh so wonderful knowledge they contributed to keeping a local business open...oh wait they didn't, because unless 100s of other people follow suit your measly $50 might as well be nothing.

Regardless of how you look at it, you alone do nothing, so unless you want to blow up your local Walmart so people are forced to shop elsewhere it makes no sense to go to a local business.

Didn't quite think about the more jobs things. I'm so used to local stores being owned by family and not allowing anyone else to work there.

Glass - The first man to go to every single Wal-Mart's store in the world.

Also, I go to Wal-Marts most of the time before School begins to buy clothes, and everything goes out right, the food they sell is good, a couple of the computers and tech stuff they sell is actually p. good, so don't go off and loving about saying "EVERY WAL-MARTS IS THE SAME!" and loving about and then pulling the old "IT KILLS LOCAL BUSINESSES!" card

Jesus christ I just wanted to know if a computer was good but you and some other people started to derail this about Wal-Marts and how apparently you know what every one of them are like.

If I recall, he's not wrong about how Walmart does have lower quality electronics. I personally wouldn't buy a computer there mainly because I could build my own, but whatever you buy there will probably be a general use home computer that may run some games, probably not most however. So in the end it really doesn't matter unless they actually sold gaming computers or something where performance really mattered and the difference could be seen, then you might see performance drops assuming the parts that matter were actually being produced cheap as well.

Are you saying every Wal-Mart store is owned by a separate company? You know he's right, sure it's nice to get cheap stuff, but the thing is they buy it extremely cheap and low quality, repackage them and sell it for higher, which they claim is lower and then that's how they became a multi-billionaire company.

Stop arguing about walmart in the computer thread

We can all agree on several things:
Glass is rich (or he used to be rich)
Alyx Vance is poor (said so himself on many occasions)
Any prebuilt from anywhere is bad compared to a custom build
Costco is pretty much the best store ever so discussion of all other stores are irrelevant
koopascoopa loves throwing cameras into fireplaces

There, you see? We all agree on so much, so we don't need to argue any more :)

[MEGATHREAD] Stores - Walmart debate

could do a better job with cabling but don't have the resources necessary
the camera i use is also a piece of stuff that i hope burns in a fire so we can get a new one

Holy stuff, what's the specs on that?

You only act like this because you're rich
Bull loving stuff. I'm "poor" and I despise Wal-Mart.

Holy stuff, what's the specs on that?
The camera or computer? Either way,
AMD FX-6100 @ 3.9GHz
Corsair ValueSelect 2GB 1333MHz CL9 x 2
MSI 970A-G46
AMD Radeon HD 6770 1GB GDDR5
