replace your fans with better fans

thats gay i dont have that kinda money (well i could but i dont wanna spend money on fans)
would i do fine with removing them? my house isn't heated well, especially not in the room where the computer is.

you dont understand i dont spend money
Then barter your way to a quieter computer.

Or, better idea, take the vibrating machine off the hard surface its vibrating against and put it on something that'll absorb sound but still allow ventilation.

multiple hard drives are creating vibrations from the drive cage over to the other drive cages

I thought you were saying the fans were the cause of the vibrations...

Alright, well I'm pretty sure they sell noise dampening foam or some stuff for drives. I don't really know how much noise they're making, so I can't tell if you've actually screwed them in the case or if they're loose and vibrating more.

better fans can do the trick. the can be 5 times as powerful airflow and be quieter then a stock case fan.

but they cost a lot...
a fantastic one can be near 30 bucks each. dosnt sound bad till you realize you need like 4 of them lol
a person should pay at least 12 bucks for 1 though.

The stock fans that came with my 750D case and the h100i cooler are both the same and they seem to be pretty decent.

upgrading the big main case fans are more important then whatever rads came with. but i like to keep a +50% pressure on the intake, so i need some fancier ones.

So I am looking to build a ~$700 gaming computer. I found a build that I like and am likely going to do. Figured I would throw it out there to see what you guys think. I plan on using it to play most / all modern games and FPS's. So tell me what you think and feel free to give me suggestions or other builds within budget.

I'd replace that power supply with one of these for $20 less, but other than that it's a really great build. Save for the graphics card it should last you a good five years or so.
EDIT: Semi-modular variant of the same platform: http://www.amazon.com/Antec-Current-HCG-520M-BRONZE-Modular/dp/B006TVQTAY/ref=sr_1_53?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1416599620&sr=1-53
