Its helps with wire management

No, Semi-Modular only has the essensial power cables installed (Mobo, CPU, and sometimes sata power for hard drives), the rest is modular.
Full modular gives the ability to change out power cables for aesthetic purposes or if you cut a wire on accident.
Non modular has every cable installed and then some.

I have a semi-modular with extra cables then...

Yeah, my semi-modular had extra non-modular cables too.

Weird. Do they happen to be older PSUs or Sata power cables?

Having anything more than 24 and 8 pin power is odd, and usually what they add is sata for hard drives

It has an extra 8pin VGA connector that I don't use because I haven't bought another 970 yet. I'm saying that I would have rather gone fully modular so that I wouldn't have any cables that weren't in-use, cluttering limited psu shroud space.

Edit: There's also the idea that I'd have to unplug everything in order to remove my psu, where with a modular one you can remove your psu to clean more easily.

MIXING OF THE RACES

HISS

I wonder how that would work with my motherboard which supports crossfire but not SLI...

I assume it wouldn't.

I may be biased since I own a 970, but this isn't that bad of an excuse.

Especially considering I was going to get a 2GB card before the 970 came out.

Can anyone reccomend a good HDD/SSD combo?

The HDD has to be 2TB, but the SSD can be any size, just big enough to put Steam and Windows 10 on it, maybe more.

I'll always recommend the Samsung 840 EVO.

I do too.

I'll also recommend the HDD I have, though I haven't had it more than a year, so reliability has yet to be established: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822236624&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=

I'm looking to get a new keyboard, should I get this or stay with my Rosewill RK-9000?

its a custom wasd keyboards 104 key keyboard with clear switches
also those don't have letters on them, I don't need that because too cool

edit: or I get custom keycaps without letters on them.
