It came to like 170 usd.
Holy stuff lol.

Im gonna try to use that new corsair low profile water aio cooler on this. Ill make it work somehow.

Its a mid end gamer. Mostly a media machine and workstation that i can haul around. This is the smallest mini itx case that only supports the shorty gpus.

I was gonna make an even smaller comp that couldnt take a gpu at all but thats no fun lol

Ill water a shorty 960 or 970 on a regular kraken mount deal.
Well if you are going to use it as a workstation you wont really need a gpu if you get a cpu with an igpu in it. I mean intel has p solid igpu's. I managed to run a few games on it. Well not fallout 4 and stuff but I got a decent framerate on csgo on medium/low settings.

I would just use it as a small personal server/storage thing I can haul arround.

just got a new pc for xmas after a long time

CPU: AMD FX 8320E Black Edition, 8 Core, Unlocked
CPU Cooling: Arctic Aphline 64 GT Rev. 2
MoBo: MSI 970A SLI Krait Edition
RAM: 16gb (2x8gb) Cruical Ballistix Sport DDR3
GPU: Asus GeForce GTX 750 TI
HDD: WD Black 2TB HDD
SSD: Samsung Evo 850 250GB SSD
PSU: EVGA 600W Bronze+ PSU
DVD Drive: From a old Acer PC from 2005 or something
Fan Controller/Extra Ports: some bootlegged brand that looked so good
Case: Thermaltake Versa H25
OS: Windows 8.1 Pro VL 64-Bit (With Windows 7 theme to make it look better)

can anyone show me some legitimate records of ddr4 being worth a stuff compared to ddr3 because i've actually had more problems with games and ram after switching to 16gb of DDR4 compared to my old 16gb DDR3

I dont want to be a richard but
Why an AMD CPU?

Other then that you should've saved some money and get a 1Tb hdd and an SSD with more space
600 watt is a bit overkill tho.
And I have the same-ish mobo only its with an LGA1150 socket. Its the black and white one right?
Edit v2: why a fan controller tho? Iirc msi has one integrated in the mobo

i was wondering this too

ugh I finally finished and I am exhausted now that I am onto my 3rd reinstall of Windows because I don't even loving know why Microsoft has it out for me to forget me over each time

Posted this earlier in the battlestation thread but I figured it should actually go here, will be adding my extra 8Gbs of DDR4 2666 MHz that just arrived today for 24Gb's of quad channel so yeah that will be nice.

i highly doubt it's from ram alone, it probably has something to do with the fact that you also have to upgrade your motherboard and cpu to upgrade from ddr3 to ddr4
