tbh it looks like 90 - 95 cause of it's ancientness

Getting my GPU today, today is the day that my glorious dream computer shall be constructed.

got my gtx 1070, updated all drivers and played fo4 on my ultrawide 1080p to test it (minimal mods, none graphic-changing; quality settings at high, almost nothing ultra/maxed). 20-50 fps in the city with annoying performance drop spikes, 45-60 (my max is 60) everywhere else.

what the forget is wrong with this card?

my r9 380 - same 21:9 monitor and graphic settings with many mods enabled, including graphics-enhancing mods - ran overall only slightly worse than this 1070, if you take the 1070's spikes out of the comparison.

i'm seriously dumbfounded, i expected almost 2.5x higher fps on average

theres something wrong with it

is it a super cpu bottleneck? or getting high heats?

damnit, i didn't even consider a cpu bottleneck. i was told my setup would run fine with a gpu upgrade

yeah your high isnt even 50% usage on the gpu. and all your heats are good.
so thats just textbook cpu bottleneck there.
