The multiplayer is coop

co·op·er·a·tive
Involving mutual assistance in working toward a common goal.

And it's got the maxis humour.

I feel sorry for Maxis.

The Beta test was great, the gameplay was phenomenal (1 hour felt like 10 minutes).

But this is one of the worst PC launches in gaming history.

I certainly agree about the worst launch. So bummed.

When the developers admit this you know it's bad :(

The game itself is fun. The only problems I have so far are city size and the way traffic works. It makes no sense that emergency vehicles have to wait at lights. Also the way utilities and mass transportation behave is handicapped. Though they said it was meant to be that way, which is actually my only really problem with gameplay.

The release was complete stuff but in a few days it shouldn't be a problem anymore. As I said before people keep referring to Diablo 3, yeah a stuff release but you can play it no problem now. I mean it's still an awful game but I can connect to the server and play it no problem.

What do they mean with the crash fixes?

long live DRM

less pirates = more money for devs = better games, at a more reasonable price

i think you misunderstand the effect of this DRM. it doesn't require everyone cracking it to play it, just one person who then gives it to people. and when the DRM they're currently using can be a hassle to normal, legitimate players, these people can get fed up with having paid for a service they can't use and end up pirating it anyways, just to be able to play.

that's how every DRM ever is wtf lol

long live DRM!

How could you! DRM is evil! It doesn't stand for "Destroy the Reincarnations Of Moses" for no reason!

i, for one, welcome our new DRM overlords

Then you haven't played it. It's a very lighthearted game, and by co-op they mean multi-city play.

I thought "SimCity is too expensive. I'll just buy SimCity 4 Deluxe."
I just realized the irony.

Wee, while I was at school, my grandmother went to the store, and when I came back I noticed she got me Simcity Deluxe (2013 SC, not SC4)

SimCity is kind of dull and boring.

DISABLED CHEETAH SPEED?
