It'd be ridiculous to make categories that specific - you'd end up with hundreds.

How about just adding a category for Speedkart tracks once RTB 5 hits? Would have to have some special handling for them but they'd probably fit better there than as add-ons, even if they are add-ons. Is a gallery for whole builds still intended? It was mentioned in that older thread but not here.
