I've been messing around with the water physics quite a bit, but I didn't even consider the idea that you could make an underwater base with an airlock. Awesome, I'm definitely going to give that a go!

Yes. The only time I have noticed any lag was when I went to the outpost. Sure it was bad, but that doesn't need to worry about lag as much as the missions.

please don't confuse my castle with an npc structure

also if you guys have to dig then just hop over the walls before doing it, i dont want holes in my road even if it is just compressed dirt

edit: forgot to mention that the big flat area you beam down to on the starter planet is for people to build in, hence why i dont want holes in it (unless it's a mine or there's a home on top of it)
