pick glitch or apex human
make a fire
make a pick axe
make a sword
make a bow

pick avian instead, then do the rest of waterores steps

Or pick human and do the rest of the WaterOne's steps.

You should go by my advice because I used capitalization and punctuation, so you know I am serious.

Or do whatever, because everything is cosmetic.
I also recommend dressing in another race's clothing as much as possible as it's hilarious.

its not all cosmetic tho
if u look at the stats for avians on the wiki it says they have +10 cool over the other races

I just got to the end of an apex obstacle course and there was NOTHING THERE

Sorry in advance if this has been brought up before, but I'm a little curious if this game has been updated recently. I haven't updated since April 26th and I thought they were pushing out new updates. Is my game glitched or am I just blind and missing something obvious?

They're doing like nightly builds that are highly strange, volatile, and unworkable, but still show the progress that they're making

October 2nd - Status of the status changes
Quote from: DevBlog
Since kyren is getting close to completing her massive status system rework, I’ve spent the past couple of days helping her design and test the new Lua APIs, fix bugs, and preparing to integrate the changes back into our main development branch. One of the most apparent changes is that status effects are now driven by Lua scripts and have access to a wide variety of API functions, making them incredibly flexible and fun to work with. Today we’ve just been testing out features and exploring what kinds of crazy stuff we can do. Here’s one example, a sword with high knockback that makes monsters bounce:

Or how about a “nitroglycerine” effect that causes the player to explode when they fall too hard?

Obviously we’re also reimplementing and improving the existing status effects like fire, poison, and slows, but it’s been a lot of fun testing out the new possibilities! I think a lot of these crazy ideas may make it into the final game in some form or other, to give it a bit of a roguelike flavor.

I've no idea if the "nitroglycerine" status is supposed to be beneficial, or not.
But seeing as how it takes a fall of about 7 tiles to suffer 60 damage, I would say it's not useful, and would basically just immobilise you.

Almost certain it's a debuff

Almost certain it's a debuff
Mmm. Just figured they'd show it being applied by something, if that were the case.
But then again, he probably just gave himself the debuff without an actual source, in order to show it off.
